Program Information
The 2023 Motorcycle Safety Program will be conducted through Glen Oaks Community College. We encourage folks to register early as class size is limited to 8 participants.
We offer Basic Rider Classes for the very beginner and a Returning Rider class for riders with experience. The first classes begin in April and the last end in August. Classes will take place, rain or shine.
**Registration will be a first come, first serve basis. We cannot hold a class or put you on a waiting list, and registration can only be done on line. NO REGISTRATIONS will be collected at the college. If you do not have a computer, check with your local community library for access to a computer. A smart phone can also be used to register. You only need to sign-up for one class.
For 2023 we offer all of the motorcycle education courses for a fee of $50. We will not accept cash, checks or money order payments. (NO REFUNDS). We will not accept registrations or payments by mail, in person at the college, at the class site or any other method except by our on-line registration process.

Class is held on the south side of the parking lot.
Morning classes: Please arrive by 6:45 am for check-in.
Afternoon classes: Please arrive by 11:30 am for check-in.
Times
The Basic Rider Classes will take place on Saturday & Sunday either in the morning or afternoon (depending on what time you signed up for). The morning course will run from 7:00 am through 12:00 pm both days. The afternoon course will run from 12:00 pm through 5:00 pm both days.
The Returning Rider Classes start on either a Saturday or Sunday morning (depending on what day you signed up for). Class starts at 7:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Range instruction takes place using the programs training motorcycles.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you must cancel your registration, no refunds are allowed.
Before you start the on-line registration, please be certain that you will be able to complete all course requirements and dates/times and have access to a computer or smart phone, a credit card for payment, and be able to scan your current driver’s license.
