PTK hosted a watch party for Glen Oaks Viking Esports program. Viking Esports vs Hutchinson Community College Call of Duty Gunfight match was watch by PTK members and other students on the concourse Thursday night (November 2). PTK and Student Activities provided pizza, pop, and cookies. The watch party was part of PTK’s Honors in Action project. Jodi Hollingsworth discuss the purpose of PTK’s Honors Project:
Our Honors In Action project is about the benefits of playing video games. The watch party was to bring people together, discuss the game play and if they play, what benefits do the see. We were awarded a scholarship to help with our project so we bought the gaming club a new PS5 and an extra controller.
